The subject of the contract is the delivery of 3 medium-sized fire and rescue vehicles with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes and 1 heavy fire and rescue vehicle with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes, divided into parts as specified in point 2. 2. The subject of the contract (SOC) is Annex No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 to the SWZ: a) Part 1 – delivery of 1 medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes – SOC is Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ b) Part 2 – delivery of 1 medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes – SOC is Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ c) Part 3 – delivery of 1 medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes – SOC is Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ d) Part 4 - delivery of 1 heavy fire and rescue vehicle with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes – SOC is Annex No. 1.4 to the SWZ 3. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Purchaser in Annex No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 4. The Purchaser requires that the offered subject of the contract be factory new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. 5. The Purchaser allows the award of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. 6. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer the parts of the contract whose execution will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and to provide the names of any potential Subcontractors, if known. 7. The contract will be executed on the terms set out in the contract templates, which are Annex No. 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 to this SWZ. 8. The possibility of changing the contract and the conditions for changing it are included in Annex No. 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 to the SWZ. 9. The Contractor may also submit an offer for all parts of the contract. The Purchaser allows, in accordance with art. 91 para. 1 of the Pzp Act, the submission of partial offers. Offers can be submitted in relation to one, two or all parts of the contract. The Purchaser does not limit the number of contract parts that can be awarded to one Contractor. Offers in each part of the contract will be examined and assessed separately. 10. The Purchaser may invalidate the procurement procedure before the deadline for submitting offers if circumstances arise that make further conduct of the procedure unjustified. 11. The Purchaser informs that, in accordance with art. 257 of the PZP Act, it may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 12. The Purchaser does not require security for proper performance of the contract.
