The subject of this contract is the Purchase of electrical energy for the objects indicated in Annex no. 1a, 1b to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. Part I of the contract – purchase of electrical energy for the objects listed in Annex no. 1a to SWZ. The estimated demand for electrical energy in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 45 818 546 kWh. Part II of the contract – purchase of electrical energy for the objects listed in Annex no. 1b to SWZ. The estimated demand for electrical energy in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 27 146 731 kWh.
