France – Road transport services – Marché de transport de matériel sur l'Ile de La Réunion

The subject of the contract is the provision of all the road transport services of EDF SEI REUNION with a storage-free solution for any type of material not subject to the regulation of exceptional transport governed by art-R433-1 of the Highway Code. The road transport services include the loading, unloading and delivery of various materials: transformers, generator sets, cells, capacitors, mobile cabins, cable reels, poles, substations and cabinets, various products (e.g. paper), etc. the content of which may include a quantity of dangerous substances that fall within the scope of the ADR (for example, apparatus containing mineral oil). Deliveries will be made to EDF sites and throughout the island: EDF construction sites or EDF contractors. The materials are handled by the carrier with means adapted to the transport requested and to the applicable regulations, i.e. capable of lifting various types of loads, in particular according to the examples below (non-exhaustive list): - 2 tonnes for transformers (average weight of a transformer = 850 kg) - Up to 5 tonnes in the case of a mobile cabin or a generator set - Approximately 15 tonnes for prefabricated HTA/BT substations transported with or without a transformer. Transports are carried out on demand by the ordering party EDF according to the needs, from Monday to Friday during the working hours of each site except on public holidays. Transports may exceptionally be requested urgently (for example in case of a cyclone, power cut, etc.), to intervene during working hours and outside working hours, on the same day as the request or from the next day.
