The subject of the order is the provision of municipal services in the area of Koło municipality from the date of contract signature until 31 December 2027, involving the collection and disposal of municipal waste from residential properties, including all localities in Koło municipality, and from the Selective Waste Collection Point in Wrząca Wielka, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular: the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1328), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for the years 2023-2028 together with the investment plan, and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Koło municipality.
