Poland – Household-refuse disposal services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości położonych na terenie gminy Gąsawa

The subject of the contract is:  the collection and disposal of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from property owners where residents live, within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Gąsawa;  the collection and disposal of selectively collected waste from property owners where residents live within the administrative boundaries of Gmina Gąsawa and from the Selective Waste Collection Point located on plot no. 122/2 in the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gmina Gąsawa;  the collection and disposal of biowaste accumulated in containers placed on properties inhabited within the area of Gmina Gąsawa. The subject of the contract also includes:  equipping property owners where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of Gmina Gąsawa, with devices for the selective collection of municipal waste and  equipping the Selective Waste Collection Point located on plot no. 122/2 in the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gmina Gąsawa, with 7000 l (KP7) containers, 6 units, and 120 l containers, 4 units, intended for the selective collection of municipal waste.  the collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste accumulated in containers and the collection of selectively collected waste, including at the Selective Waste Collection Point in Łysinin, accumulated in bin or mesh containers, within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of notification by the Contracting Authority. An offer with a term longer than 72 hours will be considered non-compliant with the contract conditions and will result in the rejection of the offer under art. 226 sec. 1 point 5 of the Pzp. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to SWZ – "Description of the Subject of the Contract" together with Annex No. 1 to OPZ.
