Poland – Construction work – Zaprojektowanie (w zakresie branży srk) i kompleksowe wykonanie robót budowlanych na linii kolejowej nr 622 na odcinku G Gdów – Szczyrzyc w ramach Projektu pn. „Budowa nowej linii kolejowej Podłęże – Szczyrzyc – Tymbark / Mszana Dolna oraz modernizacja istniejącej linii kolejowej nr 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz – Etap II”

The subject of the Contract is the execution of the following elements: The subject of the Contract is the execution of the following elements: Design and execution of works for the task entitled: "Construction of the building object entitled: railway line no. 622 Gdów – Szczyrzyc on section G from km 17+487 to km 32+854 together with the technical infrastructure along railway line no. 622 on the section from km 17+036 to km 32+973 and railway line no. 623 sub-section Fornale – Szczyrzyc on section G from km 9+668 to km 10+105 together with the technical infrastructure along the railway connection no. 623 on the section from km 9+668 to km 10+105". The entire subject of the Contract includes the execution of the following elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) preparation of the execution project, b) preparation of post-construction documentation, including post-construction geodetic documentation, 2) and works in the scopes described in the OPZ and PFU: a) surface and sub-ballast, b) drainage and hydrotechnical works, c) external networks, d) roads, e) railway traffic control devices (srk), f) telecommunications devices and systems, g) traction network and power supply and control system, h) non-traction line (LPN); i) electrical power devices and systems up to 1 kV, j) engineering structures along with related works, including railway tunnels, k) platforms, passenger service facilities and cubic structures, l) crossings and level crossings, m) geological and geotechnical works, n) works related to the execution of small architecture elements, o) tree and shrub cutting and environmental works, p) all other works necessary for the implementation of the task in accordance with applicable regulations. 3) works involving the construction of facilities serving environmental protection. 4) Conducting the conformity assessment process of structural subsystems in the scope covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction and final subsystem tests) and providing the appropriate WE verification declarations and WE verification certificates for the subsystems. The Interface Option includes the implementation of cooperation with other contractors executing construction works or supplies for the Contracting Authority, which require interfacing with the railway traffic control devices installed as part of this task. Cooperation will take place through the Contracting Authority and/or the Engineer. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the scope of works carried out under other Contracts will affect the need to make changes, among others, in the scope of interfaces (i.e., implementation of the Interface Option as part of this task). The detailed scope of the Interface Option is defined in Section no. 5 of TOMU IV — PFU entitled: "Forecasted changes in the scope of interfaces", which relate to the srk devices planned to be installed as part of this contract. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Tom III of this SWZ and the Functional and User Program (PFU) constituting Tom IV of this SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority anticipates the awarding of contracts, as referred to in art. 388 point 2) lit. c) of the Act. The scope of the contracts, as referred to in art. 388 point 2) lit. c) of the Act and the conditions under which they will be awarded is specified in the OPZ and PFU. A similar contract may be awarded in the form of a contract with free hand, following prior negotiations with the Contractor, particularly in the scope of the contract terms including price, execution period, warranty period/guarantee period and will involve the repetition of similar srk industry execution projects and complex construction works consistent with the subject of the contract, particularly in the scopes: a) dismantling and liquidation of railway infrastructure in poor technical condition, devastated, unused cubic structures as well as elements colliding with design solutions, b) execution of construction works covering the track industry with drainage, the industry of engineering structures (including tunnels) along with the execution of hydrotechnical works in their vicinity, the road industry, the electrical power industry, the traction network industry, the traction network power supply industry, the telecommunications industry, passenger service facilities and cubic structures along with surface drainage of the area, the sanitary industry, the srk industry, c) removal of collisions with networks of various operators.
