Number of days within which requests for clarification may be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18

The deadline for the contracting authority to respond to requests for clarification from economic operators is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.

If selected for the ex-ante contract, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 98/2017, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will make available to the persons empowered by ANAP, through the verification decision, the consolidated responses to the requests for clarification, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, with at least 4 days before the deadline set in the participation notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Annex no. 1 to Government Decision no. 419/2018.
