The subject of the performance (also a partial performance) is: - the conduct of supervision of VRČ during works in confined spaces and works at heights, - the assessment of the confined space, according to the valid internal regulations of the Contracting Authority, - the measurement and evaluation of the atmosphere in the confined space, - the evaluation of the risk from the space and the activity when entering confined spaces, during work, oxygen concentration, explosive atmosphere, hazardous concentrations of gases, radiation, fall, slipping, person falling from a height or into a depth, - the determination of rescue and evacuation techniques – rescue procedures for confined spaces, - the assessment of work at heights, working height, risks associated with performing work at heights, evacuation techniques, hierarchy of application of measures, fall protection system, - the assessment of work in suspension on a rope, procedures for securing, choice and creation of anchoring points, knots and their use, belaying techniques and approaches, - the determination of rescue and evacuation techniques – rescue procedures for work at heights, - cooperation with operational workers during Pre Job Briefing (PJB) at the start of works, - cooperation with the work leader (WL)/team leader (TL) during Pre Job Debriefing (PJD), - verification of the correctness of the risk marking in the Workplace Designation table, conducting supervision of compliance with measures to eliminate risks from the performed VRČ, - intervention in the performance of works in case of non-compliance with measures to eliminate risks from the performed VRČ, - interruption of work in case of violation of measures to eliminate risks from the performed VRČ, - proposal of a procedure for the safe performance of works together with WL/TL, - determination of conditions for the resumption of works together with WL/TL, - cooperation with WL/TL during the actual performance of VRČ - participation in PJB at the start of works and control of compliance with OSH measures on site in the areas of supervision of works at heights and in confined spaces) - control of the correctness of risk marking and measures against them in the workplace designation table, - provision of information to the work team to provide first aid with related works during VRČ, - control of used PPE – in terms of expiry, certification, damage, - control of the securing of communication methods, possible signals in a crisis situation within the VRČ, - physical control of the working environment in the confined space, - provision of feedback from the Contracting Authority's OSH unit on supervision of VRČ.
