Finland – Construction work – Kurikka-talon projektinjohtourakka

The City of Kurikka ("Procurement Unit") invites candidates to submit an application for participation in accordance with the published tender notice and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is the Kurikka-talo project, which is the cultural and city hall to be built in Kurikka, as the project management contract. As part of the negotiations, the Procurement Unit intends to map the applicability of a possible collaborative development phase to the project. The property identification code for the construction site is 301-5-3-3 at Asematie 8, Kurikka. An open architectural design competition for Kurikka-talo has been organised in cooperation with the Finnish Association of Architects. Based on the competition, Arkkitehtitoimisto Harris ja Kjisik Oy has been selected as the principal designer for the new building. The architectural design will be pre-agreed and bound as a cost reserve in the project management contract. For more information about the Architectural Competition, see www.kurikkatalo.fi. The selected project management contractor will make the design agreements in their own name as a cost reserve, and the agreement concerning the main and architectural design will be transferred to the project management contractor. The project implementation target is the signing of the contract in 12/2026, the start of construction in Q2/2027, and the acceptance of the contract work in Q2/2029.
