On the campus of the University of Hohenheim, a temporary lecture hall from 1970 will be refurbished. The construction costs are estimated at approximately 2,370,000 €. The services are to be provided on the basis of an existing preliminary design. The measure is time-critical, as Lecture Hall 9 is to serve as a replacement during the planned renovation of Lecture Halls B3 and B4. Lecture Hall 9: 380 seats, 341 m² area, ancillary rooms: 71 m² area, WC, corridor and entrance area: 185 m². As part of the construction project, the media technology in the lecture hall will be completely rebuilt. This includes the complete installation, programming, and commissioning of the following components: -for image display 2 boards in a wall unit with LED walls arranged above them on the south side of the lecture hall and 2 mobile preview displays. -for sound reinforcement: electrically tiltable line source loudspeakers, microphone system: handheld microphone, headset, lapel microphone, audio technology: amplifier, hearing impaired system -for hybrid teaching: ceiling microphones, cameras and IPTV recorder, tracking system for camera control. Furthermore, video technology, visualizer, media control with touch panel, preview displays in front of the first row of seats, network technology, lecturer's desk with table connection panel. In the ancillary room, a separate rack for the media technology will be set up. Costs: Breakdown of relevant cost groups according to DIN 276-1: 2018-12: Cost group 455 Media technology 400,000 euros gross, index level I 2026, not included are the costs for possible construction price and client risks. Dates: Construction start 22.09.2027, Completion 18.12.2028. It is intended to award design services according to Part 4, Section 2, HOAI for the following technical equipment belonging to the plant group according to § 53 Para. 2 HOAI: No. 5. Telecommunications and information technology systems, basic services of phases 3 and 5 to 8 with special services of phases 3 and 8.
