The structures to be inspected are located in the city area of Berlin and run along federal highways as urban thoroughfares, country roads, farm tracks and footpaths. The bridge structures run over public roads and paths, railway installations and waterways. 85 substructures with a BW area of 34,029 m² in the responsibility of the Southern District of the State, consisting of: 50 bridge structures, 5 noise protection structures, 15 retaining structures, 6 tunnel/culvert structures, 4 other structures, 5 traffic sign bridges. The scope of the order includes for each substructure per year: 2027: 1 main inspection, 2 ongoing observations, 2028 and 2029: 1 inspection, 2 ongoing observations, 2030: 1 simple inspection, 2 ongoing observations, 2031 and 2032: 1 inspection, 2 ongoing observations. Excluded from this: 1 substructure (bridge structure) in the years: 2028, 2029, 2031 and 2032: 1 special inspection (close-up check of the underside) and for 1 substructure (bridge structure) in the year: 2030: the extension of the simple inspection to include a close-up check of the underside.
