The subject of the present call for tender are the basic services of construction supervision and project management in accordance with §§ 47 HOAI for the comprehensive upgrade of Torstraße over a length of approximately 1000 m in the area between Chausseestraße and Rosenthaler Platz in the Mitte district of Berlin. Furthermore, special services for construction supervision and project management, in particular for local construction supervision, are to be provided. Also, the following special services: - Services related to stakeholders, affected parties, special users - Examination of existing records - Services related to safety and health and safety coordination - Proportional project management
