The subject of the contract is the modernisation of audiovisual infrastructure, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", in the lecture halls of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The contract includes: 1) delivery, assembly, installation, configuration and commissioning of the equipment at the locations indicated by the Purchaser, 2) two-day training for the indicated employees of the Purchaser (maximum 2 persons) in the operation and basic maintenance of the equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 32321200-1 – Audiovisual equipment, 51310000-8 – Installation services for television, radio, sound and video equipment, 45311000-0 – Electrical and cabling works, 38652100-1 – Projectors, 38653400-1 – Projection screens, 32342400-6 – Sound reinforcement equipment, 32341000-5 – Microphones, 32420000-3 – Network equipment. 4. The detailed description and scope of the contract subject is specified in the contract subject description - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 5. Place of contract performance: Faculty of Chemistry, University of Gdańsk, ul. Wita Stwosza 63, 80-308 Gdańsk, halls D1, D2, D3, D101, D102. 6. The Purchaser requires a 48-month warranty period for the subject of the contract. Details regarding the warranty are contained in § 7 of the contract project – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 7. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of a site visit. The date of the site visit should be agreed with the Purchaser. 8. If any standards are specified in the SWZ, including in the contract subject description - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp, it should be understood that such specification is accompanied by the words "or equivalent" and the Purchaser allows the offering of equivalent solutions to those described. The concept of equivalence should be understood to mean that equivalent solutions will ensure the implementation of the contract in accordance with the contract subject description and will meet the requirements specified in the contract subject description - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ to an equivalent extent. The application must correspond in kind and scope to the purposes set out in the standards referred to in the contract subject description, as mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp. 9. Due to the possibility of various equivalent proposals being allowed, the Contractor is required to verify and treat all solutions as interrelated. The Contractor is responsible for demonstrating equivalence, i.e. meeting the requirements specified by the Purchaser in the contract subject description to an equivalent extent. In the event of equivalent solutions being used in the offer, the Contractor is obligated to select the appropriate option in point 6 of the tender form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and is also obligated to indicate in their offer which standards, to which the contract subject description refers, have been replaced and what equivalent solutions are proposed in their place. The Purchaser will not reject the Contractor's offer solely because the offered supply is not in accordance with the standards to which the contract subject description refers, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of substantive evidence as referred to in Articles 104 – 107 of the Pzp, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the contract subject description to an equivalent extent (Article 101(5) of the Pzp). 10. After the contract is concluded, the Purchaser envisages applying for a 0% VAT rate for network switches based on Article 83(14)(1) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended).
