Poland – Transmission apparatus for radiotelephony, radiotelegraphy, radio broadcasting and television – Zakup i dostawa urządzeń dedykowanych do Systemu Radiokomunikacyjnego Policji – TETRA – etap 3 – stacja bazowa

The subject of the contract is the supply of dedicated devices for the TETRA System, namely the MTS4 TETRA base station in a configuration consistent with the Subject of the Contract Description, as part of the project entitled "Purchase of dedicated devices for the Police Radio Communication System – TETRA – stage 3" implemented on the basis of an agreement between the Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice and the Katowice Voivodeship Police Headquarters; The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the entire range be factory new (i.e. produced no earlier than 12 months before the delivery date), free from technical and legal defects, approved for sale, of category I, not resale, not previously used by another entity, meet the quality and usability standards indicated by the Contracting Authority. 4. Refurbished/renewed devices (returned to the manufacturer and later resold by the manufacturer) are not permitted. The subject of the contract will be implemented within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 14.12.2026 (the implementation deadline constitutes the second evaluation criterion for offers).
