Poland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Zaprojektowanie, wybudowanie i uruchomienie Instalacji Termicznego Przekształcania Odpadów pochodzenia komunalnego z wysokosprawnym odzyskiem energii (ITPO) w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem

The subject of the contract is the design, construction, commissioning and handover for operation of the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant with high-efficiency energy recovery (ITPO) in Wysokie Mazowieckie, the scope and purpose of which is detailed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – Functional User Program. The contract will be executed on a "turnkey" basis (design and build). The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the execution of: 1) Design documentation, construction, technological, installation, along with obtaining decisions and agreements allowing for the comprehensive execution of construction works, 2) Delivery of necessary equipment and materials, 3) Preparatory works, 4) Construction works in the scope of buildings, structures, access roads, maneuvering areas, fire roads and connections with external objects, as well as networks and technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical, AKPiA, CCTV installations, and also fire installations, 5) Necessary demolitions, dismantling and removal of any collisions, 6) Assembly of equipment, installations and technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical, AKPiA, IT, CCTV networks, and also fire installations, 7) Commissioning and carrying out start-up, trial and regulatory operation as well as warranty, 8) Obtaining all necessary decisions, certificates, permits, approvals and concessions in order to hand over the facility for use and handover for operation, 9) As-built documentation, operating instructions, job instructions, commissioning documentation, test and trial instructions, trial and regulatory operation plan, 10) Training of staff and operators based on previously prepared training materials, 11) Warranty obligations and provision of service activities during the warranty period and ensuring the supply of operational materials and spare parts, 12) Provision of technical assistance service during the first 12 months of operation.
