The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 server and the corresponding software licenses. A detailed description of the required configuration and quantities is contained in Appendix No. 1 of the contract entitled: Detailed Specification of the Subject of Performance. The contracting authority requires as part of the performance of the subject of the contract: • delivery of original and new devices, • delivery of a manufacturer's confirmation of the fact that the delivered hardware is intended for the Czech market, comes from the official distribution channel and meets the relevant technical standards and legal regulations in force in the Czech Republic, • delivery of software licenses according to the specification given in Appendix 1 of the Tender Documentation, • delivery of a manual for the subject of the contract. The detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Appendices 1 and 2 of the Tender Documentation.
