Special maintenance of switchgear 2027-2029 (option years 2030-2032) Competition for framework agreements for special maintenance services for switchgear for the years 2027–2029 + option years 2030–2032. The option years can be redeemed separately year by year, or all 3 years at once. The procurement is carried out as a public framework agreement using a negotiated procedure. The aim of the procurement is that small jobs can be ordered directly by the purchaser from a specific supplier based on, among other things, the supplier's expertise, resources and general price level. The framework agreement includes, among other things, the following services:

- Maintenance and fault repairs as well as investigations of GIS switchgear.

- 400 kV disconnecting circuit breaker operational inspections and maintenance.

- Maintenance, modifications or overhauls, fault repairs and investigations of circuit breakers.

- Modifications, fault repairs and investigations of disconnectors.

- Expert services and consultations related to switchgear, such as the development of new maintenance specifications with the Purchaser.

Minimum competence requirements will be set for some of the above-mentioned services. The competence criteria and the services included in the framework agreement will be specified in more detail in the invitation to tender. Services are ordered on a needs basis. Small jobs can be ordered directly from suppliers included in the framework agreement, based on the purchaser's discretion. Larger maintenance jobs can be competed among the suppliers in the framework agreement whose competence criteria are met. A supplier may participate in the framework agreement, even if they are not able to offer all of the above-mentioned services or meet the competence criteria related to an individual service.
