Romania – Cadastral surveying services – Servicii de cadastru pentru terenurile aferente perdelelor forestiere de protecție a DN 2C, județul Buzău

The procurement is finalised by concluding a service contract; The contract object consists of providing cadastral services necessary for the identification, measurement, delimitation, subdivision (where applicable), consolidation and registration in the Land Book of the land plots belonging to the forest protection strips of DN 2C, Buzău County, according to the listed sections, for the purpose of expropriation for public utility and the registration of the right of ownership of the Romanian state and the right of administration of the RNP – Romsilva; The value of the service contract, to which the evaluation of the offers will refer: - 587,030.54 lei, without VAT (single contract, without lots); Note: Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidacies: 18 days; The contracting authority will respond clearly and competently to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers; The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline set in Section I.3 of the Procurement Data Sheet.
