Romania – Bridge-design services – Servicii de actualizare a documentatiei tehnice existente faza DTAC+PTH, în baza documentului „Actualizare Expertiza Tehnica” și Asistenta Tehnica pentru obiectivul de investiţii: „Montare panouri fonoabsorbante Pasaj Letea, municipiul Bacău”

The subject of the future public procurement contract involves the provision of services for updating the existing technical documentation phase DTAC+PTH, based on the document "Technical Expertise Update" and Technical Assistance for the investment objective: "Installation of sound-absorbing panels, Letea Passage, Bacău municipality". The technical expert Dr. Eng. Cristian-Claudiu Comisu proposes, within the framework of the updated technical expertise (attached to the book of tasks), the execution of major repair works of the Letea Passage (for these additional categories of works, it is necessary to update the existing technical design documentation). The total estimated value of the future public procurement contract is 862,500.00 lei (excluding VAT). In applying the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, corroborated with art. 103 para. (2) of HG 395/2016, the contracting authority establishes the following deadlines regarding requests for clarification: a) deadline for receipt of requests for clarification: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; b) deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
