Procurement of design services for the SF phase, CU+Avize, PUZ, DTAC+DTOE, Technical Project+DE and technical assistance from the designer for the objective "CAMPUS EDUCATIONAL CETATEA FETEI FLORESTI" in accordance with the terms of reference. The services consist of preparing the feasibility study, CU+Avize, PUZ, DTAC+DTOE, Technical Project+DE and technical assistance from the designer specific to the buildings. Development of a modern university campus in the commune of Florești, integrated into the functional urban area of the municipality of Cluj-Napoca, in order to increase school capacity, decongest the educational infrastructure of the municipality and consolidate the role of Florești as a residential and educational hub of the metropolitan area. The specific objective of the investment project: 1. Increasing the capacity of the university infrastructure through the creation of modern educational spaces (classrooms, laboratories, related facilities), adapted to the demographic growth and academic demand of the metropolitan area. 2. Decongesting the educational infrastructure of the municipality of Cluj-Napoca and consolidating Florești as an educational hub within the functional urban area. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 22 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority sets the deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information as the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority states that it will respond to the requests for clarifications addressed by the economic operators until the deadline set in the Participation Notice. Communication and data transmission rules: Requests for clarifications shall be addressed exclusively in SEAP in the "Questions" section within the award procedure conducted by electronic means and responses to these shall be published in SEAP both in the "Documentation and Clarifications" section and to each economic operator that requested the clarification, within the simplified participation notice. A.C. will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification no later than the 11th day before the date of submission of tenders. Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 22 days.
