Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Bossenpark aanleg groen en onderhoud

The procurement involves the planting and maintenance of shrubs, grasses, and trees in the Bossenpark. Additionally, the necessary groundwork for the planting of the shrubs, grasses, and trees must be carried out. The previously sown grass and wildflower mix must be removed. Furthermore, soil decompaction will need to occur before grass and wildflower mixes are resown. All of this in accordance with the Programme of Requirements. In the first year, the planting of the trees and shrubs will take place. The growth site improvement will be applied. In the first year, maintenance will also commence, continuing into the second and possibly third year. Attachment 5 ‘Registration Status Bossenpark Trees and Shrubs secured’ provides an indication of the expected total take-up, to which no rights can be derived. The municipality has no obligation to take up and does not provide a turnover guarantee. However, the municipality maximises the total value of this assignment (initial term incl. extension options) at € 360,000. The following products/services fall outside the scope of this procurement: • Cleaning (e.g. removing litter) of the waterways. • Plant guarantee (due to direct delivery of greenery).
