Poland – Defibrillator – Dostawa defibrylatora AED. - Numer sprawy: 51/D/2026

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of an AED defibrillator. 2. The detailed description of the delivery which is the subject of this procedure is contained in the "Product and Price List" which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the SWZ, which may result from responses to contractors' queries. 3. The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the principles and conditions described in the contract project which is Annex 9 to the SWZ. 4. The recipients of the subject of the contract have been specified in the Product and Price List which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
