Subject of the contract: Construction of a district heating network for the needs of a hybrid renewable energy source from treated sewage from the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Gliwice - implemented as part of the project: "Installation of a heat pump system, utilizing the waste heat from the municipal sewage of the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Gliwice" for the task "Construction of an efficient district heating system utilizing RES together with the heat storage PEC – Gliwice Sp. z o.o." - Part III out of III. As part of the task, the investment will be realized in the "build" formula. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the design documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), the provisions of the SWZ, conditions resulting from the construction works applications no. IFXV.7843.4.17.2026 of 17.04.2026 and no. AB.6743.6.4.2026 of 12.06.2026, as well as other decisions, agreements and opinions constituting the documentation of the proceedings, conditions specified by the network managers and property owners, indicated in Annex 2.7 to the SWZ, projected provisions of the agreement constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, applicable legal provisions and technical knowledge principles.
