The subject of the contract is the lease of a total of 109 units of electric vehicles for a period of 36 months. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contract has been divided into 18 parts: Part I - New electric passenger car, 5-door estate, homologated for 5 persons, manufactured no earlier than 2026, with left-hand drive. Part II - Electric passenger car homologated for 9 persons. Part III - Electric passenger car homologated for 9 persons. Part IV - Electric passenger car homologated for 8 or 9 persons. Part V - Electric passenger car homologated for 8 persons (with two seating positions in the first row - one for the passenger, the second for the driver). Part VI - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 7 persons. Part VII - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 6 persons. Part VIII - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 3 persons. Part IX - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 3 persons. Part X - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 3 persons. Part XI - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 5 persons. Part XII - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 5 persons (cargo). Part XIII - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 3 persons. Part XIV - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 6 persons. Part XV - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 3 persons. Part XVI - Electric light commercial vehicle homologated for 3 persons. Part XVII - Electric passenger car at least 4-door, homologated for 5 persons (excluding vehicles from outside the GPA/UE) Part XVIII - Electric passenger car at least 4-door, homologated for 5 persons (no exclusion of vehicles from outside the GPA/UE) 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. 3. The contracting authority does not specify the minimum or maximum number of parts for which a tender may be submitted. The contracting authority does not limit the number of contract parts that may be awarded to one Contractor. 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
