Part 1: Provision of expert service - 1 medical expert in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology

Part 2: Provision of expert service - 1 medical expert in the field of neonatology

2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ or SoPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements in each part, is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3. The contract must be executed in full in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ and the draft contractual clauses (hereinafter: PPU), which are annexes to the SWZ.
