The subject of the contract is the provision of expert services - selection of 4 medical experts in the fields of plastic surgery, transplantation, metabolic diseases in children, and metabolic diseases. Part 1: Provision of expert service - 1 medical expert in the field of plastic surgery. Part 2: Provision of expert service - 1 medical expert in the field of transplantation. Part 3: Provision of expert service - 1 medical expert in the field of metabolic diseases in children. Part 4: Provision of expert service - 1 medical expert in the field of metabolic diseases. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ or SoPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements in a given part, is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contract must be fully implemented in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ and the draft contractual provisions (hereinafter: PPU), which are annexes to the SWZ.
