1. The subject of the contract is the provision of advisory services in the field of building and optimizing data models, as well as tools for data visualization and content presentation. The services provided will be based on the principle of expert consultations (mainly via teleconferencing, telephone, and electronic correspondence, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority) and the implementation of programming tasks in the areas of R, R Shiny, HTML, SQL, Docker, and Linux (configuration support). 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements in a given part, is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contract must be fully implemented in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ, and the draft contractual provisions (hereinafter: PPU), which are annexes to the SWZ.
