Finland – Construction work – Putkistourakoinnin puitejärjestely 2026

The subject of the contract is the installation work for pipelines, equipment, and insulation for Helen Oy, as defined by the Purchaser, in the city of Helsinki. The framework agreement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: Sub-area A: Steel pipeline installation Sub-area B: GRP pipeline installation The framework agreement primarily includes contracts. Smaller, well-defined units are to be procured as time-and-materials contracts. Time-and-materials contracts do not refer to standby work. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes. CONTRACT PERIOD The aim is for the framework agreement to enter into force on 1 October 2026. The agreement is in force until further notice. However, the agreement is in force for a maximum of eight (8) years, i.e. until 30 September 2034, after which the agreement will automatically terminate without separate termination. FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE The maximum value of the framework agreement for the entire contract period is 144 000 000 euros (VAT 0%).
