Poland – Construction work – B/21/2026 Remont Klubu Studenckiego Skrzat wraz z remontem balkonu

The subject of the contract is: Renovation of the Skrzat Student Club along with the renovation of the balcony.

1. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ and the technical documentation which is Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ – zip folder.

2. The implementation period for the subject of the contract is: seventy-five [75] calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

3. The implementation period for the subject of the contract indicated in point 2 is the maximum term for the execution of the subject of the contract. The contractor may indicate a shorter implementation period for the subject of the contract in the offer, but not shorter than sixty [60] calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

II. Additional Information

1. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers.

2. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers.

3. Based on Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship (pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 as amended)), persons performing the activities indicated below related to the implementation of the contract, the performance of which consists in performing work. The type of activities related to the implementation of the contract, which are subject to the requirement of employment on the basis of an employment relationship by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities during the implementation of the contract: general construction work, electrical work. The method of verification by the contracting authority of the employment of these persons and the contracting authority's entitlement to control compliance by the contractor with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, as well as the penalties for non-compliance with these requirements, have been determined by the contracting authority in the contract project which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

4. The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Pzp Act.

5. Requirements regarding the security of proper performance of the contract

5.1. The contracting authority will require the contractor to provide security for the proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total price given in the offer, which will be used to cover claims arising from the non-performance or improper performance of the contract.

5.2. The contractor will propose the form of providing security: in cash, bank guarantees or guarantees from a cooperative savings and credit bank, with the obligation of the bank always being a monetary obligation, bank guarantees, insurance guarantees, guarantees issued by entities referred to in Article 6b(5)(2) of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Entrepreneurship. The guarantees must be unconditional.

5.3. The security may be provided in one or more forms.

5.4. Seventy [70] percent of the security will be returned within 30 days from the date of completion of the contract and its acceptance by the contracting authority as properly performed, and thirty [30] percent will be returned 15 days after the expiry of the warranty period for defects or guarantee.

5.5. The security must be provided no later than on the date of signing the contract.
