Belgium – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – FEDER - Chiny - Rénovation énergétique - Désignation d'auteur de projet

This is a joint procurement (IDELUX Public Projects - Commune de Chiny) for the appointment of a project author for a major energy renovation of the building of the Communal Administration of Chiny (Château du Faing) within the framework of the "FEDER 2021-2027 – Measure 8" programme. The building and its surroundings, located at Rue du Faing, 10, 6810 Chiny, include certain parts classified according to the decree of 18 February 1997 as protected heritage by the Walloon administration. The tenderer is obliged to visit the site in order to understand all the particular conditions for the execution of the present contract. The visit dates are set as follows: • Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 10:00 • Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 13:30 • Wednesday 04 November 2026 at 13:30 • Friday 13 November 2026 at 13:30 These dates may change according to needs.
