The project involves the redevelopment of the project site with approximately 80 social rental apartments within the existing building zone, combined with the demolition and reconstruction of Papenplein and the reorganisation of the adjacent parking complex. For the integral implementation, a design team will be appointed, responsible for the demolition dossier, the new construction project, and the infrastructure works, including the studies and follow-up regarding architecture, stability, techniques, EPB and ventilation.
