The services to be offered will be provided at the following locations: - GIZ-Schellingstraße (BS), Schellingstraße, 10785 Berlin. The services are divided into two lots. The division of the lots has been made on professional grounds. Details on intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the service description, including attachments, especially the price lists. The AG reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas to be cleaned and the intervals without a new procurement procedure within the framework of § 132 GWB. Offers can be submitted for one lot or both lots. However, all individual services must be offered within the lots. The award of the services will be made per lot. The individual award of trades is not planned.
