Czechia – Architectural, engineering and surveying services – KoPÚ Horní Okolí

The subject of this public contract is the processing of a design for complex land adjustments (hereinafter „KoPÚ“) in the cadastral area of Horní Okolí, including necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastre decree), as amended (hereinafter „cadastre decree“). The KoPÚ design will be processed so that it can be entered into the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ design will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown, which precisely corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land adjustments and the requirements for land adjustment proposals, as amended (hereinafter „Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.“). Part of the cadastral area will be included in the scope of the complex land adjustment. Of the total area of the cadastral area (hereinafter „k. ú.“) Horní Okolí (501 ha), an area of 275 ha will be included in the scope of the land adjustment, and further areas of approximately 7 ha will be added from the adjacent k. ú. Only some larger forest complexes will remain outside the scope of the land adjustment. As part of the proceedings, a change in the cadastral boundary between k. ú. Horní Okolí and k. ú. Bolechy is being prepared. The expected area of the KoPÚ Horní Okolí is 282 ha.
