Netherlands – Construction work – Raamovereenkomst Duurzaamheid en EML-maatregelen

The contract concerns the comprehensive preparation and implementation of energy-saving measures (EML) within the real estate portfolio of Defence, with the aim of ensuring that the buildings comply with the legal energy-saving obligation in a timely manner and contribute to the sustainability of the State Real Estate. The task is characterized by a large scale, high time pressure and the need for scaling up, whereby the EML measures must be realized by the end of 2029 at the latest.
