The subject of the order in the framework of the basic order is the successive delivery of 1 257.728 m3 (1 257 728 litres) of fuel oil. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of exercising the option right, as referred to in Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act, which involves the delivery to the premises of the contracting authority of a maximum of 186 m3 (186 000 litres) of fuel oil. The terms for the implementation of the order are specified in the Specifications of the Order Terms (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ") and in the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
