Participation requests are used to collect applications for participation. The suitability of the Service Providers who respond to the invitation to participate will be checked, after which only those providers who are found to be suitable will be sent the final invitation to tender and the final annexes to the invitation to tender. This participation request is used to provide information on the annexes to the forthcoming invitation to tender, with the exception of confidential material, which will be provided to the Service Providers who have been approved for the participation request and have submitted a confidentiality agreement. The annexes are still mostly in the "Draft" status and may be subject to amendments. The subject of the procurement is the maintenance cleaning of properties, as more specifically defined in Annex 4 Service Description, in the properties of the contracting entities. The procurement is divided into sub-areas 1 and 2 (OA1 and OA2). The estimated value of the procurement, excluding VAT, for the entire contract period (including possible option periods) is: OA1: 20,340,000 euros and OA2: 9,920,000 euros. The Purchaser will procure the Service as described in the invitation to tender, including its annexes. The contract will be made with one Service Provider per sub-area for a contract period of four (4) years. In addition, the Purchaser may decide, after the base contract period, to extend the contract with two (2) separate two (2) year option periods. The Purchaser will notify the use of the option period no later than 12 months before the expiry of the current contract period (base contract period 4 years and option possibility 2+2).
