France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Maîtrise d'œuvre Réhabilitation SIEGE CAF Avranches

This contract concerns a full design and build mission for the rehabilitation of the CAF de la Manche headquarters - Avranches site (4 265 m2 SUB), including studies and project management up to the completion guarantee. The works concern:

The rehabilitation of the two existing buildings and their connections

The complete overhaul of the interior layouts

Energy efficiency improvements

Adaptation to new uses (hybrid working, partner reception)

The works will be carried out on a non-occupied site, in alternating phases. The contract is awarded in accordance with the Decree of 19 July 2018 on the public procurement regulations of social security institutions and the provisions of the Public Procurement Code Articles L 2124-2, R 2124-2, R 2161-2 to 5 (open procedure).
