Romania – Software-related services – “Servicii de suport tehnic pentru produse software Oracle” CR 45787

The subject of the procurement is the provision of technical support services for Oracle software products owned by SNN SA, as well as on-demand technical assistance and maintenance services for the same software products, in accordance with the specifications in the Terms of Reference CR#45787 Rev. 01. The total duration of the contract will be 49 months and the effective service provision period will be 48 months. Note: *) The effective duration of the Contract will be established based on the date of signature of the Contract by the parties, in accordance with the specifications in the Terms of Reference (section 5) regarding the service commencement date, i.e. starting from 25.01.2027, to ensure the continuity of technical support. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to clarification requests submitted by economic operators by the set deadline.
