The subject of the procurement is the "Implementation of an electronic registered delivery platform (ERDP) solution, which includes: (1) software component: licensing access to a cloud SaaS solution for the digitalisation of processes and third-party relationships, a commercial type cloud hosting product, available to the provider at the time of tender submission (2) service component: installation, configuration/parameterisation of the SaaS solution to meet the needs of the General Directorate for Social Assistance and Child Protection Dolj and its subordinates, in relation to administrative processes and specific electronic services, including commissioning, as well as (3) staff training, including for cybersecurity. The general designer of the application is Aplix Technologies in the Technical Design phase.
