Services for the archival processing of documents created at the level of the Municipality of Brasov, digitisation and storage. Awarding a framework agreement with the object of Services for the archival processing of documents created at the level of the Municipality of Brasov, digitisation and storage for a period of 48 months, on the basis of which subsequent contracts for the provision of services for archival processing, digitisation, electronic archiving, storage and related services concerning the documents created and held by the Municipality of Brasov will be awarded. The present Framework Agreement will be concluded without retendering, with a single economic operator, on the basis of which, one or more distinct subsequent contracts will be awarded, depending on needs. According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes a term - limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/additional information from tenderers as follows: The number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
