The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive case management system for Rovaniemen kaupungin's administrative solutions, case management, electronic case handling, and electronic archive, procured as a SaaS service, in accordance with the tender request and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender request and its annexes, especially in annexes 1 "Description of the subject of the procurement", 2 "List of requirements", 2.1 "Weighted requirements", 2.2 "Options", 3 "Data protection and confidentiality agreement", 3.1 "Data security requirements", 5 "Delivery project agreement", 6 "Support and maintenance services and service levels", 8 "Project plan" and 9 "Experts". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed term for the duration of the delivery project, i.e. until the acceptance test has been successfully completed and the Purchaser has accepted the delivery project in its entirety. After that, the contract is valid until further notice. See also annex A "Main agreement" chapter 4 of the tender request.
