Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – Generalsanierung der Heinrich-Weber-Schule am Standort Lemberg

The upcoming comprehensive renovation of the former main school building (Building A) is to be carried out in accordance with the feasibility study, the requirements of the School Construction Directive Rhineland-Palatinate and the explicitly created educational concept, which is attached as an annex to the tender documents. The subject of the contract are the services for structural design in accordance with § 73 VgV, performance phases 1-6 (fee zone III, base rate) according to HOAI 2021 for the new building structure on the right part of the building (Building A) as part of the comprehensive renovation of the Heinrich-Weber School at the Lemberg site, based on an initial preliminary design (which is attached as an annex to the procurement documents). A phased commissioning is planned. The commissioning is initially for processing stage I (LP 1-4 HOAI). The contract will be expanded to include processing stage II (LP 5-6 HOAI) if the corresponding funding is approved. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of the further processing stage. Furthermore, it is planned to award services for structural design for the existing building within the framework of consulting services on an hourly basis.
