Poland – Construction management services – Pełnienie funkcji Inżyniera Kontraktu dotyczącej inwestycji pn. „Poszerzenie odcinka toru wodnego na podejściu do portu morskiego w Świnoujściu”

1. The subject of the procurement is a service involving the performance of the role of the Engineer as defined in the FIDIC Contract Conditions for the needs of the Investment entitled "Expansion of the waterway section at the approach to the seaport in Świnoujście" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Investment"). 2. The purpose of this procurement is to establish comprehensive, professional, and effective supervision of the contract implementation, which will be concluded with the Contractor for the works within the Investment (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract"). 3. The selected Contractor will provide the following services to the Employer: 1) analysis of the Contract status for the purpose of preparing the Preliminary Report, 2) performance of the role of the Engineer as defined in the FIDIC Contract Conditions, as mentioned in the further part of this section, 3) performance of the role of the supervisor inspector, in accordance with Polish construction law and executive acts, effective and active supervision of the Investment and administration of the Contract. 4. The start of the Investment implementation is planned for Q3/Q4 2026. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Employer requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee of proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total gross offer price. The guarantee must be provided in full, regardless of the form of its provision, no later than on the date of the contract conclusion, but before its signature. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement based on an employment relationship have been specified in the contract template (contract) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
