Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Rzgów

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste originating from properties where residents live in the municipality of Rzgów (single-family and multi-family), properties owned by the Municipality of Rzgów, the Selective Waste Collection Point, and from pharmacy points located in the municipality of Rzgów in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse, and recovery by other means, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and executive acts, as well as current during the performance of the contract provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship and local law provisions, in particular: specifying the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing these wastes, the regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Rzgów.
