Poland – Diesel oil – Zakup i sukcesywna dostawa oleju napędowego do pojazdów eksploatowanych przez Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji w Radomiu Spółkę z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w okresie 24 miesięcy

1) The subject of the Procurement is the purchase and successive delivery of B7 drive oil with CN code 2710 20 11 for vehicles operated by MPK w Radomiu sp. z o.o. for a period of 24 months from the date of the Contract's conclusion, but not earlier than 1 January 2027. 2) The total quantity of drive oil planned for purchase during the Contract's validity is estimated and determined based on the Contracting Authority's forecast demand. The actual quantity of drive oil delivered during the Contract's validity will depend on the Contracting Authority's current needs and the actual fuel consumption. 3) The Contracting Authority guarantees the implementation of the procurement in the scope covering the purchase and delivery of at least 2 450 m3 of drive oil. The Contractor will be remunerated only for the quantity of drive oil actually delivered and accepted by the Contracting Authority, with the reservation of the minimum quantity specified above. 4) The basic order covers the purchase and successive delivery of an estimated quantity of 3 500 m3 of drive oil, which the Contracting Authority plans to use during the Contract's validity. In the event of using the estimated quantity of drive oil in the basic order, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option. 5) The option right will cover the possibility of increasing the quantity of drive oil deliveries covered by the basic order, on the terms of the concluded Contract, up to the increased size by 30%, i.e. by a maximum of 1 050 m3. The exercise of the option right is an entitlement of the Contracting Authority, which may, but does not have to, exercise it within the framework of the Contract's implementation. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not exercise the option right, no claims shall accrue to the Contractor on this basis.
