Romania – Natural gas – Achizitie gaze naturale - Municipiul Onesti

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of natural gas, for a period of 12 months with a single economic operator, including 2 Subsequent Contracts, for 28 natural gas consumption points within the U.A.T. Municipiul Onesti, in accordance with the details mentioned in the technical specifications, which is part of the award documentation. The supply of natural gas will be carried out in accordance with the quality parameters of the standards issued by the regulatory authority in the field and the enhanced technical safety conditions imposed by the legal regulations in force. The requested products are natural gases categories C1; C2 and the estimated consumption during the framework agreement is detailed as follows:

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

• estimated minimum quantity framework agreement consumption category C1: 350.00 MWh

• estimated minimum quantity framework agreement consumption category C2: 1,100.00 MWh

• estimated maximum quantity framework agreement consumption category C1: 1,100.00 MWh

• estimated maximum quantity framework agreement consumption category C2: 2,200.00 MWh

LARGEST SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT

• estimated minimum quantity of the largest subsequent contract consumption category C1: 350.00 MWh

• estimated minimum quantity of the largest subsequent contract consumption category C2: 950.00 MWh

• estimated maximum quantity of the largest subsequent contract consumption category C1: 550.00 MWh

• estimated maximum quantity of the largest subsequent contract consumption category C2: 1,100.00 MWh

Minimum value of the framework agreement: 483,803.90 lei excl. VAT

Maximum value of the framework agreement: 1,102,184.60 lei excl. VAT

Minimum value of the largest subsequent contract: 433,888.10 lei excl. VAT

Maximum value of the largest subsequent contract: 551,092.30 lei excl. VAT

In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is the 15th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 161(1) of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification (if these have been received in time) on the 11th day before the date set for the submission of tenders in the Participation Notice.
