Poland – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Budowa zespołu ośmiu budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych (w tym dwa z usługami – handel o powierzchni sprzedaży do 700 m²) z garażami podziemnymi i niezbędną infrastrukturą

3.1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting of the construction of a set of eight multi-family residential buildings (including two buildings with service units – retail with a sales area of up to 700 m² each) with underground garages and the necessary technical infrastructure, on a property located in Wrocław at ul. Stanisława Drabika 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, on plot no. 1/90, district 0026 Wojszyce, AR_8, carried out on the basis of a building permit decision no. 1600/2025 of 25.07.2025 sign: WAZ-B3.6740.181.2025 r., along with land development, ancillary works and obtaining a permit for use and settlement in accordance with the terms described in the Agreement. 3.2. The required scope of the Investment includes, inter alia, the execution of full-range construction works covered by the building design documentation, technical and execution design, as well as drawings of details and details for the Investment, for which the Contracting Authority has obtained a final building permit decision, which includes in particular the following works and tasks: 3.2.1. construction of eight multi-family residential buildings, including multi-family residential buildings with services on the ground floor, two above-ground garages, ancillary infrastructure, internal roads, parking lots, access roads, installations and networks; buildings finished in the manner indicated in the Project Documentation, apartments and service units intended for rent, 3.2.2. implementation of land development along with the execution of tree and shrub cutting and compensatory planting and maintenance of their viability within the period indicated in the OPZ 3.2.3. construction and possible reconstruction of networks and connections on the investment site, and to the necessary extent exceeding the investment site in accordance with the Project Documentation. 3.2.4. obtaining a final decision on the permit for use for all buildings and structures of the investment site covered by the Contract 3.2.5. settlement together with the Contracting Authority within the scope indicated in TOM II SWZ 3.3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Project Documentation and the annexes to the SWZ. 3.4. The basis for the preparation of the offer is the Project Documentation - the link is provided in Annex no. TOM II to the SWZ Description of the subject of the contract 3.5. The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model agreement constituting TOM III to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposed provisions of the future Agreement”).
