Germany – Telephone and data transmission services – Modernisierung Telefonanlage OpenScape 4000

The contracting authority currently operates a central telecommunications solution based on the Unify/Mitel OpenScape 4000 platform, including associated applications for Unified Communications, Contact Center, operator consoles, and Unified Messaging. The existing solution ensures voice and real-time communication at the contracting authority's main site and several connected remote sites. The subject of the present procurement procedure is the modernisation of the existing telecommunications environment and the subsequent operation of the modernised solution within a managed service model. The works for modernisation (construction services) and operation (services) will be awarded in their entirety to one contractor within this procedure. The aim of the tender is to ensure a future-proof and highly available communication solution, taking into account the existing functional requirements and operational conditions of the contracting authority.
