Implementation of the building project involving the construction of a public utility building – CAMERIMAGE CENTER with exhibition, educational, recreational, gastronomic, conference, administrative and storage functions, along with land development, technical infrastructure on plots no. 2/6, 6/10, 6/17, 6/18, 6/19, 6/20, 6/21, 4, 6/7, 6/9 parcel 14 in the area of Czerwona Droga Street in Toruń, and the construction of a junction from the roadway of ul. Czerwona Droga (plots 4, 6/7, 6/9) to plot no. 6/10 parcel 14. The building belongs to categories IX, XVI, XVII, XXV, XXVI. The contract is planned to be implemented in the "design and build" formula, based on the design documentation possessed by the Contracting Authority, including the building design and building permit, as well as additional design work and the Functional-Use Program, which will be made available to Contractors at a later stage of the Procedure. The Final Subject of the Contract will be made available to Contractors after the completion of the dialogue meeting stage with Contractors and will take into account the information and data obtained by the Contracting Authority during the dialogue meetings.
