The contract concerns the Works Contract for the construction of the National Pétanque and Provençal Games Centre « Michel Desbois » in Chomérac. The works are divided into separate lots. Following the unsuccessful declaration in the previous consultation, the present contract aims to relaunch the unallocated lots. In accordance with articles R. 2124-3 3° and R. 2124-5 of the Public Procurement Code, lots No. 01, 02, 05, 07, 11, 14, 15 and 16 are being relaunched under a negotiated procedure. However, the buyer reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tenders without negotiation.
